• New First Time Beginner Classes

Starting January 7th 2019 an 8-Week Offering Designed to Introduce Newcomers to the Benefits of Tai Chi

  • Classes Will be Held Mondays from 5-6 PM and Thursdays from 6-7 PM

  • All Enrolled Students are Welcome to Join the regular Thursday Qigong class from 4:40 to 5:40 each Thursday

  • Learn Taoist Meditation, Qigong and a Yang Style Tai Chi Slow Form

Course Will Run from Monday January 7th thru thru Thursday February 28th

Come to any and all classes for just $55 for the full 8 weeks
